This festive snapshot caught my eye while strolling the hound down the sidewalks of Forest Glen today. Blue skies and bare trees (save a few ornamental stragglers) provide a clear shot upward; a beckoning metaphor for my Chicago real estate business in 2010. This I do believe.
I've already submitted six offers to date in January (no, and it's not the same offer six different times). All are Buy Side transactions. The Price Points range from low Six-Figure Short Sales to
Upper Bracket Luxury. I am also gearing up for two Luxury Lincoln Park neighborhood Listings as we speak. While primarily a Buyer's Agent, I do perform all duties of a Realtor; i.e. the occasional Residential Listing. (Hey, I took the oath.)
